It is widely used in the construction and maintenance of optical fiber cable. Using the macro bending technology to do nondestructive testing of the line, the direction and power of the signal can be measured, and the line interruption can be avoided by misoperation. The portable design and the streamlined appearance of the fuselage all reflect the idea of human based design.

 

Macro bending measurement, macro bend is the use of fiber bending to leak out weak light signal, by judging the direction and intensity of leakage to detect the direction and intensity of the light signal. It does not damage the optical fiber, does not interrupt the communication, and can directly detect the 0.25mm bare fiber, the 0.9mm tight casing fiber and the 2.5mm jumper.

Audio recognition and optical fiber recognizer can detect the fixed audio signals loaded in optical signals. 270Hz, 1KHz and 2KHz can be used to identify specific optical fibers and quickly find the needed fibers.

The low power monitoring function, the photoelectric cell monitoring, when the battery power is insufficient will send out instructions to remind the user to replace the battery, so as to avoid the use of interruption.

We use Corelle SM standard optical fiber and 250um bare fiber to get red, yellow, orange, blue, green and brown coated bare fibers. The parameters take the average value of various color coating layers, and 900um and 3mm take white and yellow standard jumpers. If the bare fiber coating layer is black, the light attenuation is very large or can not be measured.
